VICTRANSA, together with its software provider, Ansoft, has developed an app for handheld devices for all users of the Victransa network (dockworkers, drivers and/or associated companies). With this app you will be able to manage information of specific details or incidents which may arise during transportation, quickly and easily. For example, take a photo of the parcel or pallet and add comments, which are then automatically guarded in your ERP and are sent directly to our Customer Services department in real time. The latter will then take the necessary action, forwarding the photos with more details to your clients if necessary.
This app is called SmartPOD and is available for Android phones on Google Play.
