Dear customers,
The situation caused by DANA in Valencia, Castilla-La Mancha, Murcia and Andalusia is being especially hard, challenging and distressing for everyone.
The town of Paterna, where our facilities are located, has not suffered any notable incidents during the DANA red alert day.
But incidents have been recorded in a large part of the Community: poor state of the streets in cities and estates in the central and southern area of Valencia, restrictions on the circulation of heavy vehicles on routes to Alicante, Albacete or Madrid, and of course the safety of all our employees and collaborators; Therefore, we inform you that the normal development of our activity may be affected and delays beyond our usual service may occur.
We hope to be able to return to normality in our activity as soon as possible. NTL will make every effort to maintain normal service. We appreciate your understanding, your trust and we regret any inconvenience this may cause.
From the NTL group we send a message of strength and encouragement to all those affected people who are suffering the serious consequences of this meteorological phenomenon, and we make ourselves available for any help that we at NTL can offer in these difficult times.
