The Human Resources department is responsible for planning and developing a well-trained, skilled and motivated team of staff. At NTL we have a team of 170 staff on fixed contracts divided between the centres at Vic, Paterna and Coslada. We also have over 80 self-employed professionals working at the three centres on a regular basis to provide an even better service to our clients. The tasks of this department include handling new staff contracts, having previously selected the best candidates for the job; arranging training courses on both general and specific subjects, depending on the job position; and implementing current legislation on health and safety and the prevention of occupational risks.
