Servicio NTL en Madrid y zona Centro (1)

Les informamos que debido al temporal “Filomena”, nuestras instalaciones de NTL Madrid permanecerán cerradas mañana lunes 11 de Enero. El estado de las calles tanto en ciudades como en polígonos, las restricciones a la circulación de vehículos pesados que esta misma tarde ha prolongado la Comunidad de Madrid, y por supuesto la seguridad de todos nuestros empleados y colaboradores, nos han llevado a tomar esta decisión.

Debido también al temporal nuestro servicio podrá verse afectado en las provincias de Madrid, Toledo, Albacete, Cuenca, Zaragoza, Huesca, Soria y Teruel.

Esperamos poder recuperar la normalidad en nuestra actividad en breve.

New Tracking-mail service

As of October 1, 2020, and for all those customers who currently generate their labels through the NTL web portal or through links such as web service or communications file, they will be able to activate, if they wish, the new service of information and tracking of shipments Tracking-mail.

This service will allow you to inform, in real time, about the status of your shipments to your recipients, in a simple way, by sending them a link to the email that they have previously indicated for said service and recipient. In a personalized way, they can acquire information regarding the status of their shipments and avoid calls or inquiries from their recipients. NTL will keep you informed at all times for the benefit of all.

To do this, we invite you to learn more about Tracking-mail or our Self-Labeling service on our web portal, by consulting your salesperson or requesting information from comercial@ntl-trans.com.
